Your privacy

Your answers are yours. Here is what happens to them.

AI is arriving in every workplace, and data about how people think and work has become valuable. So it is fair to ask where your answers go. This page says plainly what Mesura does with them, and what it does not.

The short version.

  1. We never sell your data.

Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.

  2. Your answers are not used to train AI.

We do not send them to AI services, and we do not use them to train AI models.

  3. Your employer never sees your own answers.

Only combined results, and only for groups of five or more.

  4. You can have your data deleted.

Ask from your account settings at any time.

For individuals

Taking it for yourself. Your results stay with you.

  • Your score and your report are shown only to you, in your own account.
  • Your result card is shared only if you share it yourself.
  • Your answers also count towards Mesura’s sector and national figures, combined with everyone else’s. Those figures are only shown once at least five people are behind them, and never as you.
  • If you answer through an open link without an account, your answers are not linked to you at all. That also means we cannot find them later to delete them.

For employees

Invited by your organisation. It sees the team, never you.

  • Your organisation sees combined results only. Never your own answers, and never your own score.
  • Every figure needs at least five people behind it. That holds for the whole organisation, each department and each seniority level.
  • When exactly one group is too small and stays blank, the next smallest is left blank too, so nobody can work out the missing one by subtraction.
  • A manager’s own answer is not counted when they look at their team, so they cannot work out a colleague’s score from their own.
  • What you write in your own words is never shown to your organisation. It sees the question, not the answers. Mesura’s own team can read written answers, with no name attached, so leave out anything that would identify you or someone else.
  • Your organisation can see whether you have taken part, so it can send reminders. It cannot see what you answered.

For managers

Running your organisation’s survey. Combined results, from five people up.

  • You see combined results: the organisation’s score, the six dimensions, and each department and seniority level once five people are behind it.
  • A group under five arrives blank from our servers. It is not just hidden on screen, so it cannot be recovered from the page.
  • Your own answer is left out of the count when you look at your own team.
  • You can see who has taken part, so you can remind people. You cannot see what anyone answered.
  • Written answers are not shown to you, because in a small team the words alone can give someone away.
  • An administrator can ask us to delete all of your organisation’s data from Settings.
For everyone

Stored in the EU. Processed there too.

Your answers, your reports and everything else we keep stay in the European Union, in Belgium and the Netherlands, under the GDPR. Sign-in is the one exception: your email and scrambled password are held by Google’s sign-in service, under EU safeguards.

Your rights. And how to use them.

  • Delete your data. Go to Account, then Delete my data. We confirm by email before anything is deleted, and you can withdraw until then. Once deleted, your data leaves our live systems at once and drops out of backups as they expire. Answers already counted in your organisation's results are cut from you at once and leave its figures at the next update.
  • See, correct or take a copy. Email support@mesura.ai.
  • If your employer invited you, it is in charge of your data under the GDPR. We pass your request to it and help it answer.
  • Complain. You can complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt).
